We are asking all patients to notify us if there have been potential Covid symptoms or a known Covid exposure in the 10 days prior to an appointment, regardless of vaccination status.
The California Department of Public Health is still requiring masks in all health care settings. During surges, we strongly recommend KN95 or N95 masks. KN95s are available for purchase to patients.
Every room in our clinic is ventilated. Each treatment room is equipped with HEPA filters which replace the air 4 times per hour, and also utilize antiviral UVC light. Our HVAC system is equipped with a MERV-13 filter approved for Covid safety.
Treatment tables, stools, and high touch surfaces will be cleaned between every patient with disinfectant containing EPA-approved agents for use against SARS-CoV-2.
Virtual consultations via telehealth or phone are always available for those who cannot come for an appointment. Late cancellation fees are being waived for reasons of illness or unplanned Covid exposure.
