At this time, we ask that everyone who enters the clinic wears a well-fitting mask over their mouth and nose at all times, regardless of vaccination status.

Appointments are staggered more than before so as to allow ample time for distancing of clients and sanitizing the office throughout the day.

Patients are asked to arrive unaccompanied to the clinic at the time of their appointment, and will proceed directly to their treatment room instead of utilizing the waiting area. Temperatures are scanned with no-touch forehead thermometers upon arrival.

There will be a freshly sanitized plastic bin in each treatment room for patients’ belongings. Coat hooks are unavailable for use at this time. Treatment tables, stools, and high touch surfaces will be cleaned between every patient with disinfectant containing EPA-approved agents for use against SARS-CoV-2. Each treatment room is equipped with HEPA filters with UVC light, and the HVAC system is equipped with a MERV-13 filter approved for Covid safety. The air in each room is replaced several times over between each patient.

At this time we are asking all patients to notify us if there have been potential Covid symptoms or a known Covid exposure in the 10 days prior to an appointment, regardless of vaccination status.

Virtual consultations via telehealth or phone are always available for those who cannot come for an appointment. Late cancellation fees are being waived for reasons of illness or unplanned Covid exposure.
