FIRST VISIT
The initial visit takes between an hour and a half to two hours, and consists of a thorough medical history, acupuncture treatment, herbal prescription and nutritional and lifestyle counseling. Follow-up visits take between an hour to an hour and a half.
It is best to have eaten prior to treatment, but also to not be overly full, and to avoid going directly to vigorous exercise right after acupuncture. If you are able, please wear loose, comfortable clothing .

- Metered parking on 29th Street (directly in front of the office) and leading east towards Mission Street
- Free 2 hour parking on San Jose (the corner just west of our office)
- Free all-day parking on 29th street across San Jose and towards Dolores (west)
