SCHEDULING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

(Please allow one and a half to two hours for your first visit.)

Return Acupuncture Visit: $95-100
(Sessions are one hour to one and a half hour long.)

Herbal Consultation: $70
(Cost of herbs not included)

Payment is collected at the time of treatment.
We accept cash, personal checks or credit card (visa or mastercard).

A limited number of sliding scale fee appointments are available for students, seniors, and people on disability. For more information please inquire.

INSURANCE

We accept most PPO Insurance and are happy to check your insurance benefits and let you know if your plan covers acupuncture. We will work directly with your provider for reimbursement. We are also contracted providers for Blue Shield of California PPO plans.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive at your appointment a few minutes early. If you are going to be late, please call our office number (415) 282-2806 with an update of your status.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.

Clients are responsible to pay for appointments that are canceled due to lateness. Thank you for your understanding.
