Breech Baby

Acupuncture treatment for correcting breech position of the fetus is one of the most well-researched applications of acupuncture (Acupuncture plus moxibustion to resolve breech presentation: a randomized controlled study). Ideally the baby’s position may be assessed by 34 weeks, to allow for moxibustion treatment to take effect while there is still more uterine space for the baby to move, although treatment after 34 weeks is often still effective.
